small fix

fixed a small bug in the build that kept the game over screen from displaying.
IF ANYONE HAS THIS PROBLEM WITH RPG MAKER MV WEB BUILDS...
Make sure your GameOver.png is properly titled "GameOver.png" (or "GameOver.rpgmvp" if you're going the encrypted route).
I originally ran into this problem, however, because ticking "Include Unused Files" was keeping the GameOver.png file from being included for some odd reason. Hope this helps someone in the future!
